Long-term stay review (4.5 mo) Pros: Quentinn's place is a lovely space for 2 roommates or a couple that like having an extra bedroom for guests. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, full fridge, and stove if you're planning a longer stay as well. Loved the in-unit w/d. Ample street parking that was safe. This is a convenient location if you work or have rotations in the DMV area. 15-20 min to Trader Joe's, Giants. Safeway is 10 min drive away. Plenty of museums and attractions in nearby DC. Also a backyard space to chill (but we didnt use the space since it was mostly wintertime during our stay). There were some hiccups in the beginning- light fixtures going out, uncleaned cabinet spaces, and very worn/scratched pots/pans but Quintinn responds very quickly and addressed these issues right away. Cons: The neighbors above can be very rowdy- HEAVY footsteps and loud talking. The creaky floorboards/staircase and thin walls don't help either. This wasn't a daily occurrence, but it happened frequently enough for us to notify the airbnb host. Not the end of the world, but there was no dining table/ chairs to have a meal. You would have to either eat on the couch (there are foldable side tables available) or stand to eat.

This space was great! Quentinn was so accommodating and responsive. The space was clean and very aligned with what was pictured. I would definitely recommend and return again for my next stay in DC.

Great place to go in DC! Quentin place was great! Near transportation parking wasn’t a problem plus I could Uber anywhere I needed to be with fares averaging about $10 USD that’s with in DC limits.

Great stay, host got us supplies we needed quick. Drive carefully around cause there are many kids in the neighborhood, but it was a good place to stay closer to the center of D.C.
