Thank you for checking out our Casa Esthela & Nancy, the accommodation that is located in the busiest area of Varadero and just 5 minutes from the crystal clear beach. Close to supermarkets and the best bars and restaurants in town. And even though it's in the most popular area, it's like a haven in the city. This is a place to rest, dream, reflect and relax on the wonderful and colorful terraces and also in the garden patio. We have thought of everything to make your stay incredible, we even have easy access for the disabled. Our greatest wish is for you to feel in a place where you can live a more relaxed, de-stressed and happy version of yourself while enjoying the comforts of our accommodation ;) We put at your disposal a fully equipped and private house for you. We have a large patio-garden with a shower so you can rinse off when you arrive from the beach, and two dining terraces perfect for your afternoons reading.

The photos online are accurate. We were met and showed around the place at the correct time. However, the mattresses need to be replaced. Also, the listing is inaccurate as it states: "Within the property we offer dinners, exquisite breakfasts, 24-hour service" and also states: "You will access to a fresh exquisite breakfast served every morning if you wish. Special dinners will also be available for your enjoyment. Our Cuban team will make you feel like you found a new Home!!They will be there to guide you and assist with any tours you wish to book." I found this to be completely inaccurate. When I arrived, I told the host we would like breakfast the next morning, and she told me there were no meals offered. Breakfast should not be advertised TWICE in the listing if it is not offered.
Host was unresponsive the day of check in and did not communicate there was a change in the location of the reservation. Was moved to a new location that did not provide the same amenities after waiting almost an hour to be settled in a new location, which caused inconvenience to my family and I. Would not stay again.

Our house is located on one of the main roads in Varadero, allowing access to many places of great social, historical, cultural and gastronomic interest. Despite being in a central area, our place is very quiet and you will feel great harmony as if you were at home. You can find excellent restaurants nearby where you can taste the most exquisite dishes of international food, our Creole, as well as the magnificent beach within sight.
You will not need transportation to reach a large number of places of interest. We offer you a taxi service when you need it. It will also have exotic horse carriages that tour the city providing a pleasant ride. CocoTaxis will provide you with a very fun tour. The city has a bus system called Varadero BusTour that will allow you to travel very comfortably, as well as vintage American convertible cars.
