The host is very responsive that they will order the things that we asked for, like paper towels, bottles of water, etc. and provide as much as help that they would. I highly recommend for family vacation as they have nice pool with great maintaining service in that community. As of described, whole food and lots of restaurants are in less than 10 mins walking distance. My kids enjoyed a lot, especially for the pool in the community and the kids room at this property. Thank you!

This home was great for four adults and a toddler for a week. I would definitely rent again. We appreciated they left toddler items for us including a pack and play, high chair, changing table, and extra linens. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Highlights included the community pool, large kitchen/tv area, outdoor play house, and walk to Whole Foods. The home was very spacious and comfortable, although some of the furnishings have become a bit worn - which was great for our toddler - but not fully reflected in the photos and feels worth mentioning at the price point.

I surprised our family by booking this lovely home for us & we couldn’t be happier. The beautiful lay out, the lovely decor , the convenience of being provided by minute amenities thus not requiring us rushing to Target, made our welcome even more comfortable & looked after. Although we are a small family of four (well at least small from we come from!) we have always preferred living in sunlit, open spaces that provide every member of our family with privacy & personal space. This house gave us just that :) We look forward to renting this place next summer upon availability & recommend it to every family wishing to live in the lovely neighborhood of Brea, California. Thanks again Jenny and Robert!

This property is great!! We had a group of 7 and it was a perfect space for all of us to gather in. Robert and Jenny were very responsive to our questions during our stay and very quickly resolved any issues that came up (a power outage knocked out the hot water one night and Robert came to reset it as soon as we told him about it). The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance you can think of, the family room seats a lot of people and the California room is awesome! I highly recommend Robert and Jenny’s property!
