Staying at Myra's home was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. The location was great for privacy and access to lovely places to visit like the black sand beach, the lovely Paradise Meadows Orchard and Bee Farm and not to mention the delicious bakery: Punalu'u Bake Shop. We also made sure to take the drive to visit Hawai'i's Volcanoes National Park! Myra's home was inviting and our 2 kiddos (age 5 and 7) loved the space and slept well in their bedroom. Thank you Myra for kindly providing some great children's books in your home! We read to our kiddos before bed and they enjoyed them, as we did also!
I can’t say enough about this place and the host. We came home under unexpected circumstances and Mayra accommodated us right away. She was professional, responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location is gorgeous, the house is beautiful. You will find a very friendly, peaceful stay here. Absolutely ZERO issues with this host and property, the listing is accurate and she is so nice and responsive. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone.
Myra’s place is relaxing and private. We enjoyed being directly between Kona and the National Park. The house was spacious, clean, and well maintained. A nice retreat after a busy day of sightseeing, hiking, and beaching.
We arrived at Myra’s Blue House late at night and as soon as we walked in we felt right at home. The place was clean and beautiful. Over the next few days we had a fantastic stay at the house. It was peaceful and private. We had breakfasts at the Ianai overlooking the ocean. At nights, we stargazed at the same spot. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make many memorable meals. Myra also provided beach chairs and snorkeling gears which were awesome. The whole family was greatly appreciative of the house where we came back every day to relax and recharge at. Myra is a terrific host, very friendly and courteous. She gave us several recommendations for the area. I’d highly recommend Myra’s Blue House to whoever looking to unwind and visit the Big Island.
Lovely house on a quiet part of the island. Lots of colorful birds flying around, great views, close to some cool sights and attractions.

My husband and I have been married for 36 years. We have three grown children and three grandchildren. We fell in love with the Big Island, Hawaii, on our first visit 20 years ago. Exploring the Big islands diverse landscape and beaches along with snorkeling and scuba diving we couldn't resist its allure. It took several years of planning but we purchased Myra's Blue Hawaii House and we would love to share it with you and your family.
