Sandra's place was extremely clean. easy in, spacious, and beautiful inside and out!. there are enough water bottles for everyone, even chocolates. there were so many pillows and extra blankets. we were in town for a family event over the weekend but decided to stay an extra day to catch up with family. Sandra and her team easily made accommodations for me right away. the process was painless and I was able to focus on what I was in town for. Thank you for a great stay!! I if I'm ever back in town again, I will definitely use her place again! thank you!

Sandra was great! Her place was clean and comfortable and her food recommendations were spot on. This was a beautiful spot by the water with a nice walking trail just across the river. The train was not as loud as I expected given other reviews and seemed to stop running at a reasonable hour.

We had a wonderful time. The house was so clean and cute, and Sandra included little extras that made it that much more special. We’ll be back next year!

Sandra’s place was just as pictured. The home was cozy, warm, and inviting, especially for the holidays. We appreciated the candles in the windows and the Christmas tree greeting us when we arrived! There were plenty of linens, blankets, pillows, and cozy spaces to sleep. We had young kids with us, and would just caution about the proximity of the railroad tracks, and the river at the bottom of the hill in the backyard. The trains came by intermittently, but did not disrupt our sleep. Also note that the side of the tub in the master bathroom was quite high, and for older folks, it might be difficult to easily get in and out for showering. Regulating the heat between the upstairs sleeping area and the downstairs also was a bit challenging (it got quite warm upstairs! Otherwise we had a lovely stay and would recommended Sandra’s place as a cozy and well appointed spot for other families!

Cute and comfortable cottage on the CT River. Wonderful elevate views with a firepit and lower observation deck to enjoy. Definitely a place to consider if ever in the arear again.
