Loved everything about this place and everything about Josh. His hospitality, his people skills, what he stands for as a host, etc. There was one other guest staying there when I stayed there, but it was not even noticeable. It felt like I had the whole place to myself. I wondered even where Josh stayed! It says a “room inside of a place” but it really feels like you have the whole space to yourself. I might’ve just caught and booked this place in the eye of a storm - maybe it’s usually busy and there’s lots of foot traffic, however, that wasn’t my experience. Regardless, it would’ve been a great experience because the place is cozy, in a great location, and hosted by a great person. 😊

Josh was an AMAZING host! He accommodated me when I requested to check in late and he was very pleasant to talk to. His home is very welcoming and fun to be at!

Josh's house is incredible! It think the style is craftman? Josh's home is artfully decorated with some whimsy, the light features are very pretty, the kitchen is gorgeous, the bathroom huge and stocked with towels of all sizes and every toiletries in case you forget something. The house is sparkling clean and very spacious. In fact Josh and his beautiful house have inspired me to come back to Columbus and explore a city that I usually pass through on my annual trips to Indiana. Besides his gorgeous house and super friendly dog, the house is within walking distance to the eastern market and the Franklin park that features waterfalls, it's a beautiful greenspace.
