Pro: roommates were cool and chill. Large bedroom with super soft bed. Close to major shopping and conveniences. Fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator and dedicated shelf space. Great price in San Fernando Valley of LA. Con: Host is not cool and chill. I was locked out of his house late on a Friday for hours, as he was too busy partying in Las Vegas to properly address the issue. The homeowner blamed me for not being able to properly use the door keypad, when other guests had the exact same issue with the door keypad not working. The host accused me of stealing the TV remote, even though there wasn't a remote when I checked in. He also addressed me in a condescending manner for turning on the AC to 70 degrees. There were additional issues with the host, but that's enough to mention in this review. The host's overall behavior was quite appaling and he needs to take some time to address his lack of effective communication and change his poor attitude towards guests.

Aswan was great host! The place is nice and clean it looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean and well stocked. I had no issues at all. Close to the highway and stores! Aswan was great with communication the entire time. I even needed to get a new debit card sent to his address after losing my card! I will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area.
