公寓卫生很好，可以自己做料理(佐料需自备)，有餐具提供，楼层很高城市街景很美，公寓位置很方便，周边配套设施也很好，超市、银行、车站、多伦多电视塔、安大略湖；初次入住，找停车🅿场不方便，下次就知道了。

This is my first & last experience in a tall building! Pros: location and pathway to supermarket/Starbucks. Cons: lobby desk smells bad, elevators are dirty, apartment tiny & dusty, kitchen cabinets smell bad, refrigerator smell bad, dirty sofa, dirty towels, dirty bed sheets, dirty pillows, rusty table in balcony, dusty balcony, broken AC, missing amenities to have a comfortable stay such as wine glasses, cutlery set, better quality of tableware set, speakers, etc. The apartment needs maintenance, the balcony is too simple and dusty (it gets you bored after 5 minutes). The ventilation brings dust inside the apartment and you need to clean every single day, I had to clean all the apartment when I arrived and reallocate bed sheets cabinets because they were dirty and smelled really bad, the pillows were disgusting 🤮

The place is right in the heart of downtown, everything you need is in walking distance. The building is directly connected to a grocery, Starbucks, restaurant, and LCBO. Jenny is very responsive and helpful, and the building is very friendly to AirBnB guests.

Beware, the owner says that there is one bedroom and the pictures may appear that there is actually a bedroom, but there is only a bed in the kitchen and 0 separated bedrooms. The building sounds the fire alarm for anything so every 3 days expect to be waken up in the middle of night because of a false alarm. With a very loud and annoying sound. And sometimes the own alarm of the building starts beeping 3 times non stop and don't let you sleep. The owner refused to give me any refund for it and Airbnb only gave 10% on the first night. I don't recommend and you definitely should find another place. Oh! And she asks you to hide from the staff that you're an airbnb guest.
