Great place with fantastic view. Security guards were very kind and very helpful. Multiple bars and restaurants in walkable or short driving distance. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location if you want to be close to El Malecon, Las Conchas and nightlife. Pool was taped off and could not be used. Most difficult part was the host's communication which was very unfriendly. They have obviously had issues with partiers before but they cannot assume everyone is going to mistreat the place. I have very good reviews at all of my previous stays. Her instructions were more like threats that if we did anything wrong we would be charged. I had to reach out to them to ask for check in instructions which I had to ask for again since they were not included in the list they sent.
