房屋位置离burwood station步行十分钟，入住很便利，房东是位非常好客、健谈的人，入住时感觉这边非常安静，属于平房，周边晚上是特别安静的，房东的作息也不会影响到房客。我们入住几天都是出去玩，没有很多时间待在家里，所以用到基础设施如淋浴，洗漱，睡觉，吹头，冰柜， 除了洗漱我们购买了用具，其他东西都是齐全的。 主要是与房东的交流让人很舒适，房东是位很礼貌很热心并且尊重他人的人，房东也会为我们介绍悉尼的游玩地点，一些值得去的景点，以及该以何种节奏游玩这座城市。综上，是个很舒适的入住体验，如果还有机会来到悉尼，我还会联系Jimmy，感恩。

Easy to find location, friendly hosting. The bedroom close to a main road, a bit noisy in the morning when there was car driving pass. The room is big and clean, just the sound proof is bad that we can hear the next rooms talking. Compare with the other ones, this place is worth the money for sure.

Enjoyed the stay. Jimmy is proactive and gave clear instructions for checking in/ out. Requested for late checkout due to airplane timing and host was good enough to let us extend for few hours.
