A modern design apartment with two bedrooms, one is Master room with en suite washroom, fitted with a Queen size bed a spacious living room, an open Kitchen & a toilet with a shower room. Located in the heart of the city, and a posh up-market residential area, There are plenty of famous restaurants, cafes, 7 Eleven & Supermarkets across the street. It's all within 3 min walk to any kind of transportation mode, say MTR, bus , tram stop, taxi stand etc .Victoria Park and the Central library also take you 5 min walk. The kitchen is fully equipped with - toaster - invention cooker - microwave - cooking utensils -180L fridge freezer - washer / dryer 2 min walk from Tin Hau MTR( 1 stop away to Causeway Bay three stops away to TST or Central) - 6 mins walk to Sogo - 3-5 mins walk to Victoria Park and Public Library. - 2 min walk to bus stop to / from airport - 1 min walk to taxi rank - 2 mins walk to bus stop to Repluse Bay - 2 mins walk to tram station(enjoy tram ride to West Bound through Causeway Bay then central) - near to many Michelle Stars Restaurants, local cafe, next to market (fresh food) - 24 hours Mcdonald and 7-11 within 2 minutes walk Living room - high speed internet with wifi - LCDTV /DVD - split type air-conditioner (brand new Hatachi very cool and quite) Bathroom - brand new sink and walk in shower - brand new toilet bowl - big mirror - hairdryer

优点： 1. 公寓空间很大，采光较好，两个浴室都有热水洗澡 ，适合多人居住； 2. 地理位置优越，距离天后地铁站走路仅需2分钟，附近有两家7-11，交通和生活物资采购十分便利； 3. 楼下走路5分钟内有著名的生记粥铺、龙凤冰室、华姐清汤腩、麦奀记云吞面等香港特色小吃，另外一家惠萝饼店也深受当地居民欢迎，周边餐饮不成问题； 4. 公寓距离维多利亚公园、铜锣湾都很近，去其他游玩地也相当方便； 5. 总体性价比高。 缺点： 1. 主卧空调机箱噪音较大，且主卧窗外有鸽子窝，早上鸟鸣会影响休息，窗外鸟屎较多，不便开窗透气； 2. 入住时房东外出不在香港，她的helper Alex并不会中文，且英文的口音较重，在沟通中略显吃力； 3. 客厅的沙发床没有配被子，建议增加一下被子，避免睡觉着凉； 4. 关于热水器的使用说明，建议增加中文操作说明。 综上： Alice的套房性价比很高，房间面积大、交通出行十分便利。很遗憾这次没有见到Alice（当然Alex也很热情），希望下次来HK还能有机会住进Alice的公寓。
位置很好，离地铁站很近。附近各种吃饭的店铺很多。房间比较安静，但是卧室的窗帘遮光效果不行。房间在香港算是大的了。走路去铜锣湾也不远！
房间挺大，有2个卫生间，干净卫生
房间真的出乎意料的好，来香港之前咨询了很多酒店公寓，要不就是非常贵，要不就是很小，Alice的这个公寓非常适合我们6个人住，惊喜的是连做饭的电饭煲都有，所有东西提供的很全，很开心的一次旅行

The apt is located in a super convenient location . enjoying excellent transportation network and tons of local & international restaurants nearby. In addition. the Central library & the Victoria Park, the largest park in Hong Kong is just behind you. It holds plenty of free exhibitions & shows in every Festival. Say Chinese New Year flower show. Mid Autumn Festival show, Christmas show. etc. of course all visitors are welcome too.
The MTR station, tram (Din Din) , Bus stop takes you less than 3 mins from the apt.
The taxi stand is just the bldg.
It is super convenient to anywhere.
