Since there are lot of students living arround this area, you can easily find reasonable and good restaurants as well as convienience stores and supermarkets. If you like good restaurants, there are one of the hotspot of Ramen restaurants, one Italian restaurant and french coffee bar near the house. Kasugayu, public bath and famous shop for Kompeito（star-shapeed rock candy）is nearby. 8 min. walk to Demachiyanagi Station (Keihan Line). Riding Keihan Train, easy access to Gion Shijyo, Fushimi Inari and many other tourist sopts, also you can directly to Yodoyabash Station of Osaka. 8 min. walk to Kamogawa River, recommended take a walk and enjoy the peaceful time.
