We had a wonderful stay last weekend. We are a group of six friends from college. The Bank Barn had plenty of options for sleeping, each in our own very comfortable bed! The bath rooms were spacious and clean which made sharing no problem at all. The kitchen/living/dining areas are great, we cooked dinner both nights and had everything we needed to do so. Very well stocked kitchen. The location is beautiful, and only a quick 5 minute drive into town. Garet was incredibly easy to reach, he responded to every question in a very timely manner and was so friendly upon our arrival. We all agree, we would come back again for sure!

What a fabulous stay! We were here for a reunion. House was big enough for all of us and great kitchen to have wonderful dinners! We went to the Spring Races and easily walked back to the house. Even watched one of the races from the backyard! Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Beds were super comfortable. Loved sitting by the fireplace and also outside on the patio. Looking forward to our next reunion and stay! Thank you Garet for being such a wonderful host!

Garet was a great host. His place was beautiful and so close to downtown Middleburg! Very cozy living space and beds so comfortable we had to ask him where he got them!

Garet was very easy to reach and communicate with. The adapted barn was so lovely and perfect for a small group stay. It really felt like a lovely country home but with the cool old barn beams throughout. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean and ready to go. The kitchen was fun to cook in and they had everything you needed. Just a short drive to the middle of town or the Salamander on lovely country roads surrounded by horse farms.
