房屋和图片相差不大.我们入住2天电费自己还了100多人民币.也能理解毕竟别墅🏡好多好用到电.其他没什么问题.

The house itself was wonderful, the owners and agent were nice. However, they are less than subtle with the signs everywhere about what you shouldn't do (normally this is handled with a simple document or pre-check in conversation). Also, there is zero privacy. Within two hours of our check in a man came to swap the propane, then even though we said we didn't want a housekeeper, they kept asking so we allowed her to come the first day. That night we asked not to be disturbed again by housekeeping, etc. so instead the pool man came to clean it. They did allow us to decline the AC remote repair. All of this in 2 days. Overall it seemed that either (1) they were ill prepared to have guests and didn't do the items they should have before we came with a week's notice, OR (2) they do not trust their guests and want to physically check up on them a few times a day because their video cameras are not enough. Either way, there is an utter lack of privacy and you have to stop your day at least twice a day to see to their staff, which has never happened to me before in a house rental through AirBnB in 5 years. So the value and beauty of the house aside, I would not return to one of their properties.

We rent out our villas in Pattaya for more than 10 years, to people from all around the world, who love to explore new places or come back again to places they enjoy. On arrival we will welcome you, your friends and family and explain all the ins and outs from Pattaya. A night check in is possible because we have key lockers at all our houses. The villas are from a high standard, well maintained with good furniture and modern full fitted kitchens, all rooms have good quality mattresses and modern air conditioners for a good night sleep. The terraces near the pool are provided with table and chairs, air fans on ceiling or wall and a BBQ for a great evening with friends and family. All our villas are close to the beautiful beaches and city of Pattaya * On arrival the beds will be made, 4 towels on each bedroom. * FREE Shampoo and soap on arrival. * FREE soft drinks and 12 bottles of water on arrival. * BBQ will be ready with Charcoal, just light it and enjoy your meal. * Daily cleaning service and after 6 nights clean sheets and towels. * High speed Fiber Internet in and around the villa. * Airport pick up service available. * Taxi Service from the villa to city and beaches. * During your stay we can arrange scooters. * At the villa you will find an information map with sightseeing tours.
