Our neighborhood in Escondido is quiet, safe, and family-friendly. You'll love the friendly and welcoming community, and the convenience of being close to local shops, restaurants, and parks. If you're looking for outdoor activities, you can go hiking, biking, or horseback riding in the nearby hills and mountains.
The San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and the beaches are just a short drive away, so you can easily explore all that San Diego has to offer. We kindly ask that all guests respect our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00
AM. During this time, we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a peaceful and restful environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

There are two other tenants on the property with their private entrance. One is behind the white wooden gate. The drive way to this garage door MUST BE CLEAR at ALL TIME.
DO NOT Park in the drive way. Do Not open the garage door at any time. This is NOT parking for the Airbnb.
The other tenant is on the left side of the house behind the single wooden door.
These doors may NOT be opened at any time, as there are occupied.
