Love Seaham and love No 16. Close to cafes and ice cream parlour, just off the front. Great place to stay!

My husband and I were repeat visitors to #16 in Seaham this time. Dave's place is clean, cozy, and it is the perfect place to sleep well after a day of hiking or sea glass hunting. We have stayed in a family room and a regular room... both are great. Dave and his staff supplied us with delicious cookies and drinks daily. They are promoting a greener planet by asking us to consider not washing our towels daily. Seaham is such a beautiful beach town... as a visitor I liked this gentle reminder for us to try to give back to the sea that we all love so much. We will happily continue to come back to #16... thank you so much Dave!

We had a wonderful stay at #16. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the beach and downtown. It was also close to the train station. We would definitely recommend #16 to anyone visiting Seaham.

Centrally located close to the beautiful beaches and restaurants. Stayed with two older teenagers and it was a great base for exploring Seaham and Durham. Lots to do.
