Lovely apartment - exactly as described. Very quiet location in a residential area which was great to have for undisturbed sleep. Would have preferred TV in bedroom as I like to watch abit before sleep, however wouldn't have been an issue if I'd brought my ipad as there is WiFi available and this is just personal preference. Bed was extremely comfy, apartment clean. Lots of amenities such as fridge, cooker, kettle etc in Room One (the family room) Everything was thought of including free tea and coffee, spring and sparkling water and some yummy biscuits. Highly recommend for a one night stay like ours as a wedding guest at The Pumphouse Dalton or as a longer stay in Seaham. Thank you

No 16 is a great place to stay to explore the Seaham area. Dave’s recommendations for places to eat are useful and accurate. The apartments is clean and comfortable.

The ensuite toilet was out of order and we received no communication regarding this. We found out by a note on it after we had checked in. Having the second toilet was one of the main reasons we booked this property.

Lovely apartment and more spacious than it looked on the website. So close to the sea and local amenities. A perfect base for exploring the area. Great value for money.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful with lots of room and a very handy kitchen. It was sparkling clean and and we could control the temperature ourselves which as we like it quite cool was a pleasant surprise. We loved it so much that we have booked it again for my Birthday in October.
