Rockin’ TD Ranch is a great out of the way spot for an off the grid getaway. Friendly animals and plenty of wild to explore. The Bunkhouse is quaint and cozy and a delightful spot to disconnect and recenter. Shout outs to Buster the mule and caretakers, Diane and Tony for sharing their little slice of countryside. Be sure to check out the Sheldon Reserve, Last Chance Ranch and Overnight Cabin are a must see.

Why did I select Rockin TD Ranch and what did I do? I love the Nevada desert and was curious about ranching in Vya, NV. It's remote here and I say that fondly. I had wonderful hosts to welcome me and learned so much about the history of the ranch and why this place is so special to them and now me. I stayed in the upscale bunkhouse with my Corgi Abbie. -We got up early each morning to photograph the sunrise across Long Valley. -We hiked different routes each day high into the hills above the ranch taking over a thousand pictures. -Day 1 - 4 miles, Day 2 - 5 miles. It's fun and vertical! -Grand vistas -Panoramas -Interesting rock formations -Mule deer bucks -Cattle -Llamas -Mule -Horses -New and old equipment to run the ranch. -In the evenings I listened to music and read books. -I prepared my own meals except for Saturday evening when I enjoyed a nice meal with veterans and families at the VFW in Cedarville. -Abbie's first experience being a ranch dog. PERFECT! You should go there too

What a beautiful place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rockin’ TD Ranch. Tony and Diane are awesome hosts, the views and skies around the ranch are gorgeous, the hikes around the hills behind the ranch are doable and the peace and quiet are the best. We stayed in the bunkhouse because we brought our dog. The bunkhouse is cozy, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked. Toiletries and nice fluffy white towels are available. The place is very clean. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Directions on how to operate everything are very clear and if you read the information in advance provided by the hosts, you will be well prepared for your visit. They have thought of everything. Tony and Diane were so welcoming to our dog Blue and let Blue meet their friendly llama, cows and horses. The hiking behind the ranch is great. Wear good hiking boots and you can reach the top of the hill and the view is spectacular. Highly recommend Rockin’ TD Ranch.
