This is a great place to stay if you are visiting your child at UNC! Super close! Also close to downtown which was also nice. The place was clean and the beds were super comfortable! Perfect for 4 people!

In town for a volleyball tournament. Location was less than 10 mins from where we played which was great for the late nights. Really liked that the quiet hours were unforced at the home, those in the unit below were quiet so the kids got the rest they needed - and the beds AMAZING. Great nights rest!

The place matched all of the photos presented. Parking was nice since we had our own spot behind the house and was stress free to turn into. The main road in front was very large and not too busy where turning left was stress-free. Location was perfect since it was close to cafes, restaurants, etc. Beds and rooms were very comfy and provided heat well. Only things is that our bathroom shower, faucet, and kitchen initially only had ice cold water but after I notified the host, they had it fixed immediately. I did wish there was a mat or some shoe rack to hold our shoes since we tracked a lot of dirt and mud from melting ice and snow but we managed to keep the place clean by using a towel and keeping our shoes at the entrance. I also wish there were more instructions to using the 2-1 laundry washer/dryer. I tried to look up instructions on how to use dry our clothes after the wash but it didn’t work and we had to hang all of our clothes to dry. Maybe we just aren’t tech savvy.
