Great little spot in Eureka for folks traveling with dogs — the place was as advertised and suited us well for our needs as a home base when visiting family in the area. The heating in the unit seemed pretty weak (it did get rather cold the first night) but they have a portable space heater that we rolled around to whatever room we were in which was very effective. Roger is very responsive and proactive in communicating around info for the house + activities to do in the area which was super nice :)

This was a great size place for my partner and I and our dog. We were about an hour drive from the places we wanted to see in the Redwoods, which wasn't too far for us. Just a short drive from downtown Eureka. It was nice to stay in this neighborhood because it was so quiet. There's lots of street parking in this neighborhood as well.

Clean and quiet. Bed comfy and great amenities. One thing to note if you are traveling with pets, while there is a small backyard it is all cement or rock, no lawn for pets to do their business. We do appreciate that this isa pet friendly place though.
