On the site the unit appears to be a great place to stay but due to issues with cleanliness and noise I cannot recommend it. Some of the other units in the building may be better but Unit 3 which I stayed in was not clean. On my second night there was also a loud party in the block. The host did respond to queries but slowly and I would not go back.

Apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location, whilst competitive on price. Host was helpful and very responsive. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Sydney.

There are things that can't be balanced by convenience. While the location is indeed convenient to reach the city and the northern part of Sydney, many things were not right. In the room, there was not the feeling of coziness you would expect from the pictures. The room is not only bland, but it was also dusty and - really? - the blanket didn't even have sheets. That's completely unacceptable. If you can't get the bedding right, don't put the apartment to rent. The bathroom appeared to have been walked into with shoes, as there were footprints on the floor and in the shower. So it wasn't cleaned properly. Also, there was a single, tiny shampoo bottle, no shower gel or supplies as shown in the pictures. The room is also noisy due to the nearby road, and the blinds are mounted the wrong way around: blackout away from the windows, which means there's a lot of light in the morning. The fridge was smelly, the kitchen was not properly cleaned. Pretty much nothing was right.

Due to a drainage/shower flooding issue, shower rose falling continuously, lighting & general lack of cleanliness (kitchen cupboard had sugar everywhere for a broken package. Toaster, Jug, cup stained, pots & pans & general kitchen amenities, floor was dirty), all put unwanted stress on our holiday stay. Having to waste time waiting for workman, chase up on things etc was not planned. Request for a top sheet & face cloth were never replied to nor actioned. Also felt there was a general lack of 'starter/welcome' essential items. If these things were corrected, it would be perfect, as lovely unit with great location.
