Sandras place was very clean and the bed was almost as comfortable as my bed at home. Sandra was very responsive and took care of issues immediately. fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. the location of the house was right down the stree from down town Paso Robles, lots of resturants, breweries, and bars. I'm very happy to stay here and if im in the area again I wouldnt hesitate to stay here.

Host changed listing right before arrival. When I booked and reservation was confirmed, it was master bedroom with private attached bathroom. Couple hours before I arrive, host sent me message saying the listing is not available and will assign me another bedroom, bathroom is no longer private but shared and upstairs(bedroom downstairs). No money was refunded, I paid master bedroom money for a guest bedroom. Lucky I only stayed one night. The neighborhood is clean, safe, lovely, beautiful, plenty of street parking. The place(living room, bedroom, shared bathroom) is hotel-level clean. Overall: recommended ONLY for short stay people

Sandra's place is extremely clean, bed comfortable and she specially washed my linens/towels fragrance free per my request. Every room has its own keypad entry, even her own living quarters. There was a mini fridge in my room and she also put one down stairs by the door for me so I wouldn't have to carry all my heavy food, water and ice packs upstairs which I REALLY appreciated!!! And the little freezer section worked very well; all ice packs froze solid, even the ones on top (can you tell I've had previous bad experiences with not being able to freeze my ice packs, lol?). I would definitely stay there again if I had the need. The only thing I didn't like was the automatic light in the bathroom. If getting up at night, I'd rather bring my own dim light in, however there's a motion detector and the very bright lights turn on as soon as one enters. Great for the day time but not for night. Overall it was a great stay though. Thanks Sandra and Carlos!
