Joan’s place was perfect for our group of six. Photos true to life. Ample real beds, four bedrooms. Smaller kitchen but well stocked and served our needs very well, fridge with automatic ice maker, large table, comfortable but compact living/tv area. Lots of bath linens and beach towels. Joan and her daughter were extremely flexible and responsive prior to our visit, as well as during our stay. Recommend highly!!

We have stayed at Fun-Tana twice now for the holidays. It’s a great place with 6 beds for both mine and my sister’s family. We love the amenities at the clubhouse and the walk to the lake. It’s also only a few minutes from downtown Lake Geneva.

We had a pleasant stay at Joan's. We dealt with her daughter, Rebekah, who was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The condo itself was pleasant, our favorite part being the screened in porch. There was only one key, and the door itself was difficult to unlock, but other than that it was great. Our issue is rather with the facility/location, Abbey Springs. The condo is in a gated community, which was nice for peace of mind and safety, however frustrating at times. We were in town with friends and family staying all around Fontana/surrounding areas. Due to the Abbey's strict guest rules they were unable to visit us/couldn't get past the gate. We also had 3 vehicles, but there is only parking for 2, so someone had to park at the clubhouse and walk to the condo. We were actually quite fine with this, except it was tough at night since there are no streetlights and it got very dark. Overall a good stay at the condo, but not impressed with Abbey Springs for our specific needs.
