I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is just looking for it a relaxing peaceful place to clear their minds from any kind of distractions of the world. as somebody who suffers from mental health this place is just what the doctor had ordered for me once we have left there I felt totally at peace and I would be going back eventually

Walter was extremely accommodating and even offered to give us a tour of the property. The home is beautiful and Walter is so sweet! If you are thinking about booking please do! We had a wonderful time.

Walter is a magnificent and exceptional host! As an Airbnb Superhost myself, Walter has all the qualities to make your stay perfect and memorable. Walter was very communicative, warm, inviting, and extremely hospitable. My daughter and I felt extremely welcomed and safe on his beautiful homestead. We loved his Gator UTV tour of his expansive property by the Rapidan River. We could not have asked for a better weekend stay and we will definitely return! Thank you Walter!

Our stay was great. Walter was a great host. Gave us a tour of the property and advice on places to visit. The location was perfect, quiet and private. My husband and I had a picnic on the river and spent the whole day watching the nature. Enjoyed relaxing and reading my book in the evenings on the deck. Hummingbirds were always flying around his house. Lots of things to do in the area. We spent a lot of time visiting civil war sites. We plan to visit again next year ❤️
