On the whole we enjoyed our stay in our 3 bedroom Durlet apartment. Positives: Location was great, close to the beach and the lovely Poblenou Rambla. Easy access to Central Barcelona. The apartment was really quiet and the beds comfy which contributed to a great night's sleep. Kitchen was well supplied with crockery etc. The air conditioning worked well. The host was very responsive and quick to answered any emails that were sent. Negatives: The apartment was slightly dated and in our opinion needed some maintenance and updating especially in the bathrooms.

Durlet is a professional organisation with an office on the ground floor. Very friendly and easy check-in with the option to leave your luggage in a separate locked room. The apartment was very spacious and as described. A few minor point of improvement: new frying pan and cleaner bathroom (mould). Good restaurants, lunchroom and supermarket in the neighbourhood. Very close tot the beach! All in all, good value for money, we had a lovely stay!
