Very nice apartment. It has everything you would need. Spacious with comfortable bed and big balcony. Quiet building and room, I never heard neighbours. Good location, walkable. Bim was always helpful. Weekly cleaning provided. Nice staff in the building.

We’ve stayed for two 1 month stays in Bim’s condo property in Hua Hin. We enjoy the location and being able to walk a block or two north or south and find many food options (South and East a block or so is where some of the famous Thai street food places set up in the evening.) My husband is Thai and usually I’m the only non-Thai person in the various restaurants. The food is fantastic and we eat well for very little money. We chose Bim’s place due to the West facing balcony as we like to sit out in the shade of the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee with a breeze blowing through the condo. The AC does a great job keeping the place comfortable for the rest of the day. We live in a similar condo in Chiang Mai, but like to travel south during the months when air quality at home is compromised by the farming activity. WiFi was super fast and Bim was very helpful getting us oriented to the neighborhood. Highly recommend.
