Great view of the Huachucas and Miller Peak. Plenty of feeders and an excellent variety of birds including a pair of Pyrrhuloxia, two species of Oriole and several species of hummingbirds. Mike and Kathie were great hosts, we’ll be back.

This is a strange one to review. The space itself was wonderful. The owners who live in the main part of the house were also great. Unfortunately, Evolve, the company that manages the apartment was really difficult to work with: instead of communicating through AirBnB they have their own website they point you too for check-in information, etc. The information they gave (door codes,etc) was muddled, confusing, and actually incorrect… Repeated entries about door codes with conflicting numbers to use— neither of which turned out to be correct! However, they did provide contact information for the owners (it wasn’t actually clear that it was the on-site owners; I thought it was the Evolve staff members who were managing the rental). And when I reached out via email to the contacts provided, the owners responded quickly with the correct information, and from there on everything was smooth sailing! I loved my four days in this spacious rental with gorgeous views!

Felt like home after a day of hiking in Coronado National Memorial. The sun room is a perfect spot for morning coffee & a great view of the mountains. The only thing I didn't like is the automatic shutdown of the TV.

Master bedroom mattress was completely unserviceable and had a pronounced slump making it extremely uncomfortable. View "mattress" comments in reviews. Contacted “Evolve” for a resolution after leaving a day early due to the inability to sleep. Evolve, a property management agency for the owners acts as a buffer for the owners who denied no issues existed. Complete lack of concern for the guess experience. Avoid this property at all costs.

I had a really great time here. It was peaceful and quaint and a great place to recharge away from it all. I definitely loved the sunroom. It would have been easy to cook my own meals if I wanted to since it was stocked well, and I appreciated that there was coffee available. Anyone booking here needs to realize that this location is not in a populated area and that the home is older, which is what I liked about it. I enjoyed walking around the area and soaking in the quiet surroundings. Lots of cute critters to watch. The bed wasn’t completely to my preference but my significant other enjoyed the stiffer feel to it. There is a gate which didn’t bother me either, I enjoy a bit of work; it was easy to slide open and closed. It did feel very homey to me and I would definitely stay there again.
