I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jay and Wendie, and this amazing bed and breakfast! We arrived late, last minute, and with two pups, and they were so flexible and welcoming! The whole place was sparkling clean (a huge plus during these Covid crazy times, all regulations were followed, masks worn, etc.), cozy and warm, with so many beautiful personal touches...it felt like home, and we just didn’t want to leave! Wendie’s breakfasts were absolutely delicious! It is the perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the city, with mountains, rolling hills, and lots of great hiking spots, and just peace and quiet all around. It’s also good for those who want to go explore Charlottesville for the day, and want a relaxing place to return to. We enjoyed every minute!!

Wendie and Jay are excellent host. They are amazingly hospitable and have an absolutely beautiful home. It is very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was more than I imagined. Thank you for having us and we will definitely come again.
