Wonderful stay, just felt like home away from home and much better!! It's located in a small village 30mins away from guhagar beach. It is easy to reach the property by road. The care taker Kadam ji was very hospitable and took care of the food arrangements & local recommendations. Overall we had an amazing family stay!!

nice simple and comfortable stay , caretaker kadam was proactive to look after our requests , beautiful natural surroundings and peaceful environment. Few suggestions: some basic amenities like bathroom and kitchen facilities can be improved to make it more comfortable, also the construction work was a bit of a turnoff with all the noise and dust in the front yard.

Great place for a vacation with family. We received a warm welcome at Koyari on our arrival by Anirudha and the caretaker Kadam, who was very attentive throughout our stay. The old house and verandah has been maintained and renovated quite well. Also liked the peaceful surroundings in Gimavi village.
