房东的房子在一个安全性很好的别墅区，离那牙老城的广场出门右转步行大约一公里左右的距离。如果你是年轻人，可以徒步出行，如果像我们一样带老人孩子，建议在门口搭乘人力三轮车。。小区门口对面那条街走进去，能找到当地人的各种早餐，包括瘦肉粥、巧克力粥，西式的肉肠鸡蛋，菲式的米饭搭配，炒面之类的。路中段有个学校，那里早餐选择多。晚上有烤肉摊，不过我们没有勇气在夜晚出来步行。房东是一个很优秀的人，一个很热情的人，家里摆放了很多男主人参加各种运动会获得的奖牌。不过特别提醒，超过四个人会额外收取费用，但在合理的范围内。

Nice place to stay. Very responsice host. Very accommodatinf care taker. We just thought that the TV in the living room was SmartTV and its not listed in the description but all in experience was superb. Will definitely come back!

Of all the houses i’ve been in BNB, this is the CLEANEST so far specially on the Comfort Rooms! Amenities are hotel feels. Highly recommended.

The place is peaceful and inside the gated subdivision. The caretaker and the host is responsive as well if we have query and especially during the check in because we were late due to heavy traffic. The place is clean as well. If you are looking for a quiet and safe place, this is the right place. Though, the car is not fit into the parking. Just communicate to them that you have a private car so they could assist you to have a parking space near their place.

The house is inside a gated subdivision with a security guard. The location is accessible and close to establishments. There was just a small misunderstanding of the parking space that we needed to use to park our car. Other than that, the place was good to rest for an overnight stay.
