We had a fabulous stay at this lovely place. Clear instructions. Clean, quiet and super convenient spot by the beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend

Everything was good, the apartment is located in a beautiful area just 1 block from the private Beach. The service and response from the host was very fast and accurate. We were a group of 6 people and The queen sofa in the living room was broken, so we could not use it during our stay. They sent an air mattress the next day and we figure out sleeping with that. The kitchen had basic stools, it will be good if they prepare the place with cutting boards, can openers, spaghetti drainer, etc. The place is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and beach tents, towels and basic hygiene products, everything looks clean. The apartment has 1 smart tv in the living room and wifi works well. I recommend this place to stay during your vacation, I am planning to come back next year 🫶🏻

Great location and price for the condo! It had almost everything that we needed. For 6 people (2 kids), we wished we had more pillows and blankets. Pull out couch was not comfortable at all. We washed our towels each day but we didn’t have enough laundry detergent (bring/ buy your own), at least 7/11 is in walking distance and Toasted Mango, a great breakfast/lunch place! Private Beach in walking distance was better than the public Siesta Key Beach that was full of red tide (couldn’t go in). Pool was very warm and cloudy…didn’t look clean or appealing to go in even for our kids. Kitchen had some tiny sugar ants each day, so had to put all snacks in fridge…Bathroom toilet and faucets were leaking a bit. Not a big deal. Overall great stay as we appreciated the value for the great location!

The place was immaculate and very clean, within walking distance to the beach, the pool was very relaxing and had a tropical vibe. We had an issue with AC and we were helped promptly and whoever we spoke with over the phone was super helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you for your hospitality.
