Flat is clean and tidy and has great views across Croydon. Samson is a really good host, very accommodating and helpful and explained everything thoroughly at check in. It's a really good base for a stay in this area.

Samson's cleaner has not appeared, but Samson has tried to clean the apartment, so it was nice and fresh. It was a nice stay. Thank you Samson!

would split the review in two parts. The apartment is modern and is only 5 mins away, walking distance, from West Croydon station and the high street.  The apartment is in good condition.  The professional cleaner as I understand was unable to attend; therefore the place is only relatively clean.   All the amenities are in good quality and worked well.  What I like most is the laundry machine, with a very effective drying function.  The shower in the bathroom is powerful and functioning well.  Entertainment system is comprehensive with Netflix etc.  The only downside is environmental wind. Even with all the window closed, one can still hear constant gusts of wind seeping through microscopic crevasse in the apartment but this might also be contributed by unclosed window in other apartments on the same floor that provide portals for ventilation.  As a result of this, one of the windows slammed open spontaneously (all windows were supposedly closed by Samson upon his departure) and the wind damaged some of the curtains.  Later on I also realised the front door on ground floor as well as Tesco express next to the apartment were also involved.  I advise future occupants to check and make sure all windows are secure and lock upon arrival to the apartment.  The wind was exceptionally strong and I believe any usual laptop (unless you own an Alienware) will inevitably suffer the consequence from encountering the mighty Garuda (you can say goodbye to your LG gram).  Not to mention any potential lethal injury to pedestrians on the street. Samson is a friendly host.  He showed me around the apartment, electronic amenities and how they operate.  He took effort to show me around the apartment block, including the gym.  Samson lives in the apartment so do expect to see his personal belongings, they are however, packed away nicely.  In this occasion, which Samson might have legitimate explanation; I found there is a lack punctuality upon check in (wait for approximately 45 mins at the lobby) and check out (15-30 mins) with the agreed time.  The contact phone number in the app is not updated and therefore the only communication modality is the messenger function.  With regard to the absent of professional cleaner, I had to personally use the laundry machine to dry the bedding twice (5hours and hence I can now proudly announce of my expert status in appraising and operating this piece of fine machinery). Overall I am happy with the stay but just small issues on organisation.
