We just had a lovely week-long stay in Luca's apartment. Firstly, we were greeted punctually by Valeria who provided a smooth check-in and was always available and quick to respond to anything we needed throughout the stay. The apartment is very well-located, within walking distance to all the sites and many restaurants, bars and cafes, and very close to buses out to the Poetto. It is spacious and comfortably appointed and looks as the photos show. And the internet and air-conditioning in the bedroom work well (the air-conditioning in the kitchen works but it is a larger space so struggled a little with the 35 degree summer days). You can hear the sounds of the bustling streets outside, but they don't disturb you at night and come with the benefits of staying in the old town area. I would recommend Luca's place.

We had a great time at Luca’s place, great location! Barbara and him have been very reactive and helpful for any issue or question we could have.

L'appartement est très bien, l'emplacement aussi. Cependant il serait bien d'avoir des fenêtres qui ferment et qui soient en double vitrage car nous avons entendu tous les bruits de la rue.
