Nice size bedroom that had shade to block light. House has friendly cats and dog. Felt safe staying here. Good neighborhood. Wendy is a very nice person who will go above to make things right for you.

I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at Wendy's. She was extremely responsive, made sure to check in to see if I needed anything, and regularly cleaned common spaces. I moved to Nashville for work and stayed with Wendy during my first month here, and would recommend it to anyone who is going through a transition period.

Wendy was a great host who clearly cared about her guests! I loved getting to know her and her pets. The house was kept clean and I felt completely at home in her home. Wendy was very respectful of my privacy as well. The house was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. I had such a great experience staying with Wendy!

Wendy and her home are 10/10!! She is an exceptionally gracious host who takes very good care of her property and is very kind and thoughtful to her guests. She is expedient in her responses, helpful in recommendations, and has the southern hospitality that makes you feel like you’re at home the moment you arrive! She goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome with extra touches like flowers in the room that really make your entry into her home feel very bright! Her neighborhood is quiet, walkable, close to everything you could ever need, and she has friendly neighbors! The bedroom is spacey, bed is super comfortable, shower has the perfect pressure, and the sitting chair is perfect to relax, read, and journal in. I’ve REALLY enjoyed also getting to know all of her animals, especially her cats! Book here asap and you’ll be super glad that you did! The best spot to stay!! :)
