We had a few hiccups with the room itself, but our host was very responsive, kind, and helpful through the entire stay. And, while those hiccups did detract a bit from our experience, you simply can't beat the location and the host's hospitality. This place is within the heart of old San Juan and it really enabled us to see and do so much without having to worry about how we were going to get there. The biggest downside of this listing is that it's located right next to some bars that can be quite loud at night (until 3 or 4am). The complimentary ear plugs helped, but we still had some trouble sleeping through it. Light sleepers, take note!

Muy buena estancia en lineas generales. La única pega que puedo poner era el ruido que venía de los locales aledaños, o a veces de los propios huéspedes que pegaban voces en el pasillo. Por lo demás todo genial.

Our stay at Ingrid’s place was great. The location can’t be beat in old San Juan. The room had everything we needed and the mini fridge was great to keep our water cold. Ingrid was extremely helpful and responsive, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room at midnight! Also, keeping our luggage in her storage lockers all day after check out before our flight was a life saver.
