A lovely place, delightfully converted and well-appointed with lots of little goodies and extras - and with great coastal walks to wild hard-to-find beaches and a woodland stroll down to the two pubs of Noss Mayo and the lovely Dolphin Inn at Newton Ferrers only another 15 minutes away. What more could you ask of for a weekend away. Except this, for cat-lovers: a sinuous Maine Coon mooching around the Noss Mayo churchyard, posing on the graves in the evening sun. Oh, and they’re not kidding when they say table reservations are essential in the pubs. Get in early, once you’ve booked your bed.

A wonderful place to stay. Peaceful, homely and welcoming with a perfect enclosed garden. I would highly recommend, and we are already looking forward to our next stay...! Thank you Shona.

Peaceful location in a beautiful area. The property has everything needed for a wonderful stay and is within walking distance of two pubs. Shona is friendly but discreet.

Lovely stay in quiet peaceful location. Everything we needed, and nice goodie hamper for when we arrived. Shona was extremely flexible which was great . Very good access to the coastal path and an easy walk down the hill or through the woods into Noss Mayo. The only issue we had was the reception from our telephone provider.
