So this place did what I needed it too. An extra night. But for the winter, being a basement, I’d add more heating. Me and my girlfriend woke up freezing…..I get it, it’s a basement room. I may have turned the electric heater off by accident, brought in the space heater: for what’s it’s worth everything was clean and set up nice. There was a slight smell I think due to the septic tank I think, but probably beyond her control. Small things like a toaster would have been nice. Again it did what we needed, a peaceful night stay. Nicole was very nice and gave us more time to check out considering we went back to sleep once we brought the space heater in. Thank you Nicole.

Lovely basement apartment with private entrance & bathroom, coffee and nice to have the living room so we could enjoy coffee together on the sofa. We were already in town and decided to stay for the night. We were very happy to find this place on short notice. It was a great space for a couple and we enjoyed our first visit to Franklin! ☀️

Just as described. Nice decor. Clean. Very easy to check in/out. Good location. Very comfortable bed. Cozy.

Bed slept well, enjoyed the pillows. The smell was horrendous, definitely smelled like an animal hospital/dirty vet. Dog hair in the apartment, my allergies were affected. It was 10:PM when I arrived, I decided to suck it up for a night’s sleep. The house needs a professional cleaning job, the lamp wasn’t working so I went to make sure the bulb worked and that it was plugged in. That’s when I noticed the filth behind the bed. And keep in mind, had the lamp worked properly, I wouldn’t have looked underneath/behind the bed for an outlet. Also, host wasn’t home at time of reservation. She did drop what she was doing to come put clean sheets on the bed. I was thankful they were fresh, due to my allergies. She’s a nice person, I just thought I needed to let others like me know the conditions. I would’ve stayed elsewhere had I known beforehand. It was late, and I had already paid and didn’t feel like going through the shenanigans of leaving. I needed rest, morning was coming.
