From one local Carolina resident to another Matthew is a Super host! Lightening fast responses when you message him, any problems you may incur he walks you through it , immaculate units that are deep cleaned very friendly gentleman makes you feel like you’re at home , I had an issue with the door code not working , within 15 mins Matthew was at the unit replacing the door lock with a brand new one , you definitely get the most bang for your buck at Matt’s places he’s the true definition of southern Hospitality!!

This unit was very clean with a great partial view of the beach. I say partial because it was on the side corner of the building but just as good as facing the ocean directly. Don’t pay attention to TripAdvisor’s poor reviews because they are not about this particular unit which is privately owned. The poor reviews were possibly about the buildings next door with the same name but different address. Matthew was fast with communication responses and a wonderful host! My boyfriend and I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful memories of our stay this New Year’s weekend!

Very sufficient studio room. Partial ocean view alot of great availability with parking and having any issues resolved. I recommend starting here first before anywhere else
