super fun! there are many things to do, such as pool, karaoke, billiard, ping-pong, etc its highly worth every penny! I really recommend it!

We had a very memorable family reunion here. Everyone enjoyed the pool, billiards, table tennis and especially the karaoke machine. The villa is slightly older but the space and facilities made up for outdated style. The caretaker, Pa Rian was very kind and helpful and assisted with our daily laundry. I would highly recommend this villa for large gatherings and look forward to coming back.

the house had all the things we expected, swimming pool and table tennis made our stay fun and exciting. there is a nearby golf restaurant within walking distance that offered best food with reasonable price. highly recommend.

just fantastic place . we were a party of 14 but the place can fit many more easily. very clean, strong showers, v clean pool, billiard table, karaoke, and many other activities/games. close drive to places to eat. we definitely shall return
