Arriving for a show after a long drive my wife and I were ready to relax. Backing the boat into the ample sized driveway we grabbed out bags and headed in. Opened the door, walked in and immediately felt the tensions melting. Cute beyond words, comfortable and well equipped only begins to describe the house. If we owned a house on the water it would be exactly like this! If you cook, the kitchen is well laid out and equipped. We also grilled out on the patio one evening while enjoying the view (and a Space-X launch in the distance). Just bring your food and drinks, everything you need is there and ready to use! From a boating aspect, the lake access is excellent. 3 minutes to open water, easy access to the Dora canal and beyond. Can’t ask for more! The dock is in great shape, and as we discovered when a large storm came through in the middle of the night extremely well protected. Watched the flags across the way standing out straight yet our boat never even moved!

We had a brief issue getting in but was resolved quickly. No problems with the house at all but I still don't know what the TV situation is. Plan on streaming your accounts. Regular TV froze the picture so many times we quit trying. Great kitchen appliances. We used the ice maker a LOT to fill the built in boat cooler and it was full and ready every morning. Coffee maker is a drip model which worked perfect for us. Set the clock and timer and it was ready every morning. Better than Keurig. Beds are SOO comfortable.... we couldn't wait to get in bed each night. Besides the dock and backyard view... the thing that sets this apart from everywhere else I stayed is the enclosed carport for backing the boat in each night. The front 2 feet sticks out but the truck can stay connected and the rest is undercover from heavy due and rain and BIRDS. We could load the cooler and mess with tackle in the morning or evening just by stepping out. Dishwasher and washing machine work great too!
