Great stay at Maria's place. We loved the setting. Quiet and peaceful. Short drive to PT or Marrowstone Island/Fort Flagler. Surrounding woods full of an amazing variety of bird life including bald eagles, pileated, downy and hairy woodpeckers, and many more. While we visited there were two bald eagles feeding their nestlings with big fish freshly caught in the bay. Bring your binoculars. Maria is extremely responsive, the tiny home was well appointed as indicated in other reviews--clean, comfortable, and accepts dogs w/no hassle which is such a nice benefit for those of us that travel with our well behaved fur babies. A breezy check in, excellent wifi connection and a space to work/hook up monitors also helps make this one of our favorite stays in the area. Highly recommend the eagles nest tiny home!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The tiny home was perfect and the host provided everything you would need and beyond. Definitely would come back. The home was clean and you can tell it was taken care of. It felt very private despite having 2 homes pretty nearby. The dishes and everything seemed clean. Everything was labeled and it had everything we needed. All the amnesties you can imagine.. The attention to detail was in impeccable. Ya heard.

My family had a wonderful stay here and loved the peaceful surroundings while still being close to town. After arriving we sat in awe as we watched a bald eagle go to and from a roost at the top of a large fir in the driveway. Just a bit later we were in Port Townsend browsing shops and having pizza. I’ve only done a few tiny home stays. Some of the others I’ve been to felt very sterile and “sharp,” but Maria’s place felt very comfortable and cozy. We would love to go back someday!

This was the perfect spot for us for a small getaway. Our two young boys (8 and 5 years) loved the house. They enjoyed the loft space with two beds - their own little space and very kid-friendly. The loft roof was low and my 5 year old could stand but the rest of us crouched or crawled, but this made it all the more fun for them. My husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the one room with the bed. Our dog was welcome and we could fit her little bed by us, so she felt safe. The tiny house was so fun to experience--we were impressed how much could fit into one tiny house...a thoughtful layout. It was so beautiful and quiet at the home, yet a quick drive to downtown Port Townsend. We truly enjoyed our stay!
