Adorable little place, but all one needs. Great price. Stocked above normal. Great location for early walks and sunset view from multiple locations less than two miles away!! I even found what seemed to be a private beach at the Mobbly Park less than 2 miles away!! Thanks Jim!!!

Jim, is a great Host. I asked if I could check in early & he said no problem. That was a huge relief because I was staying somewhere else that I had to checkout at 11am & waiting to checkin at 3 or 4pm is very challenging when you have luggage….where do you go with all your belongings? However, I do understand the Host cannot always accommodate that but when they can it’s a huge help. It also can help significantly when checking out…to be able to allow for a later checkout. The place is adorable. The location is fantastic. I was by myself & I felt very safe. The park & Bay just down the street are beautiful & there is a really good restaurant just a 15 min walk away that Jim recommended & it was fantastic. The other half of the cottage could be rented at same time but that was no issue at all. I did recommend an area rug to help provide more cozy comfort but otherwise I think Jim is a master at Hosting his airbnbs. Great stay, I was there 3 nights. I highly recommend J-Nice

The host, Jim, was very thoughtful and kind to me as a guest. His response to questions was extremely quick. He even offered to come and help me pack my car on the day I was leaving if it was raining. Jim is a gem of a host!
