"Location, location! This is NYC Living. Our Spacious 2 bedroom apartment is a hard to find in the center of NYC's coolest central neighborhood, just a few min walk to domino park, and the water, full of restaurants all around, close to the Williamsburg bridge. and it comfortably fits 6 guests and it can sleep up to 6 people. The unit features a large kitchen, a living room with a pull out couch and a dining area. a nice private bathroom and two comfortable bedroom with full size beds.

This place has a lot of pros - The location is excellent! Everything you could want/need is less than 10 min walk away (although can be a little noisy on weekends). The building and apartment feels very secure and is spacious - the main bedroom gets a lot of natural light and the bed is really comfortable. Casey was also really responsive when I had questions and very flexible with check-in and checkout. Unfortunately the place had some big cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, the apartment had not been totally swept or vacuumed and there was dog hair on the floors and sofa. The bathroom wasn’t super clean and there was some mould. Casey was responsive but couldn’t organised cleaning in a timely manner so we made do. Overall I would recommend staying here so long as it’s cleaned properly.

Lived here with my girlfriend for four months during the summer as a return to New York after the pandemic. Having lived in the area a couple years before, I wanted to stay there again and this apartment has the perfect location. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to the heart of Manhattan by train, but Williamsburg has so much to offer as well. Being able to walk out of the door and go for a run on the waterfront is priceless. Some cons were that the apartment was lightly stocked, there are limited outlets (older building), and like other reviewers have mentioned, there is no sink in the bathroom (not uncommon for some apartments). The host was quick to respond and fix all issues. We had an amazing 360 degree rooftop view of fireworks on 4th of July which we will never forget. If you love exploring the city and don't mind a 4th floor walkup, then I highly recommend staying here.
There is no sink in the bathroom which is so weird and uncomfortable for us. The neighborhood was very nosiy. Other than, the house was okay.
