Marissa’s place exceeded our expectations. Everything was as described in the listing and photos. This place accommodated for every guest we had and we have mix of different ages from kids to elderly. Plenty to do over few days and natural appeal of the pool and sunset is wonderful to watch and experience. We hosted 40th with 30 guests and everyone thoroughly enjoyed staying at Grayson’s Estate. We will be back!

We had the most incredible family stay at this large estate in country Victoria. The spacious grounds were ideal for our kids to explore and play freely, with lots of activities to keep them busy. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare delicious meals together as a family. We will cherish the memories we made here forever!

We would have loved to bring our dogs with, but we do understand your concerns Only complaint we have is the fact that we had to book and pay for 5 nights but only needed 4 night stay

Wow, nothing will ever top this place. It has everything and was immaculately clean. I hope to come back one day. Great place for families and Marissa was a absolute gem.

i would rate it 6 stars if i could. it is perfect for big family union or close families gathering. we were getting together sharing and feel how wonderful having each other ,and it is also gave us enough private room . children would never bored. infinity pool, tennis court ,tree house , kayak, fishing ,snooker pool, theatre, fire pit........all three house are fully equipped and extremely clean. Marissa and uncle Frank are very friendly. i'm pretty sure we are coming back again.
