This is our second stay at this house as it’s a really nice place to stay. The house is very well laid out, very close to the beach and a short walk to the town centre. There are lots of great touches too. A new study desk, new shelves, games, kitchen basics for use and a surprise little hamper to nibble on. I loved spinning a few old records from the collection. Sandra is a great host and makes the overall experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful time staying at Sandra's lovely house over New Year's Eve. The place was exceptionally well maintained, clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. What is not described about the house that we feel should be known is that the rear bedrooms and front entertaining areas are well separated. As parents of young children, my wife and I loved this as we could have dinner/watch a movie without worrying about waking them up. Also all windows throughout are double glazed and you can hardly hear any exterior noise. Very thoughtful provisions including complimentary bathroom amenities, toys/books/games for children (and grown ups!), full laundry facilities and a fantastic kitchen with all you need to cook/BBQ. The beach is literally less than a few minutes walk and Cowes an easy stroll. Thank you Sandra, we absolutely loved staying at your lovely beach house!

SUPERB hosts, SUPERB home, SUPERB location...!!! Our stay was everything we'd hoped for and more. Sandra and Peter were so available ( even over the weekend ) and made us feel so at home, including a lovely hand written note when we arrived. The home is new, fresh and immaculate, and definitely made us feel like we were on holiday. Having linen provided and some much needed staples in the kitchen was excellent value. and much appreciated, as no having to pack or buy extra necessities. This home is close to the beach, not too far from the shops and restaurants of main street and Coles. Although near the road it felt quite peaceful to us, due to the high front fence and lovely trees surrounding the property. We were there for busy MotoGP race weekend, and the traffic never bothered us once. In fact we utilised the front verandah seating area at every opportunity of good weather. This was our first experience using Air BnB, and it has set the bar pretty high. Outstanding value.

Sandra’s house was beautifully presented and absolutely immaculate! We loved the location and all the well-thought out extras. Sandra was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommended!
