i traveled to greece through bulgaria, on the way i had to stop in Pleven, i found an apartment that is ready to accept me, agreed with Стефани that i will arrive at 23:30? at 23:30, when I was with 3 children, in the middle of the night, I called Stephanie, but she did not pick up the phone, I repeated the call 5 times, both on mobile and on viber, still no one picked up the phone. In the middle of the night, I miraculously found another hotel and was able to check in. When stephanie got in touch at 23:54, I asked for a refund, but even here stephanie deceived me, saying that I should cancel the reservation myself and get my money back. but it is not

Stefani is a great host. She met us and help us settle in, explaining all amenities. The house is secluded in the private part of park Kailaka and has everything for you to cook, enjoy outdoor BBQ and have relaxing time with family and friends. the city is only 10-15 minutes from the city, but you feel like you are away from civilization with all modern amenities. I would stay again.

Stefani is excellent host and good communicator. The cottage is beautiful, spacious with great amenities. The location of cottage is is in breathtaking surroundings. We had a wonderful family time. We will highly recommend the cottage.
