This property could use some updating such as new carpeting on stairs and new linens and towels - lots of stains. They did not provide dish towels or dish cloths. They did not provide hand towels for bathroom on main level. We also found booklice in our bed. They are harmless and do not bite, but still not very pleasant. Too expensive for the quality. Finally, there were hidden fees that had to be paid to the host’s management company before arrival. We also received solicitation to our personal emails and texts to our cell phone from the host’s property management company offering discounts to book with them directly instead of Airbnb. We didn’t authorize the use of our personal information not sure why this was permissible. They were uncooperative, unprofessional and untrustworthy in general. We will avoid all properties owned by these hosts in the future. Not how we like to do business.

Perfect home in the Perfect spot. We were immensely satisfied with our stay. We were there for both business and pleasure. Just 1 short mile to the Covention center. Super close to loads of entertainment. The home is super spacious with three bedrooms all ensuites so everyone has their own bathroom. Comfortable beds and nice amenities too. The community has 2 heated pools, basketball court and cooking grills at your disposal. Dont look no further, this is the perfect spot.

David & Shelby’s townhouse was a perfect location for us making daily trips to the convention center. The condo was large, spacious and comfortably furnished. Access to the pool was wonderful and relaxing. David & Shelby were extremely helpful hosts and very responsive. They made our trip easy and relaxed. Recommended 10/10.

David is a great host, we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. If you’re a light sleeper tho, you might want to find a more secluded area, there was quite some traffic noise.
