Our super cozy and modern, fully renovated apartment is in the 8th district that is part of the inner city. At the other end of our street (10 minutes by trolleybus 72) you can find the best dining places of all kinds. Also most tourist attractions are within a short distance. This is our newest apartment, which waits in hotel-quality the upcoming guests. We made this home with all of our love for your pleasant stay in Budapest. Our cozy studio flat is located in the heart of the city and within a short distance to the ruin pubs, the Grand Central Market, close to the Danube and Gellért hill, National Museum and Buda Castle. It features a full-size comfortable and brand new Queen size bed in the living room area, a sleeping place for 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. It also has an electric kettle, and a hotplate with two burners, and a microwave with grilling function. There is a washing machine for those staying for several days. Our flat and house is very quiet inside, but as soon as you step outside of the house you can feel the vibration of the city. I communicate only English. When you arrive, I'll present our flat. Please treat my flat with the same care, as if it would be yours. The apartment can be occupied on the day of the arrival, in the afternoon or in the evening and should be left before noon on the day of departure. Check out is possible by dropping the keys into the key safe. When it is possible we are flexible with these time frames, so please advise us of your requirements in advance. Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden! The flat is on the second floor so you are able to smoke outside. Please leave the apartment in the same general condition as you found it on arrival. You must compensate any damage caused during your stay. Please be respectful with the neighbours and they will be the same with you! When you are leaving the apartment, please do not forget to lock the door to secure the house and your personal belongings. We provide you these facilities: Fridge Bathroom with brand new shower Hairdryer Toilet Towels, bed linens and sheets Free WIFI with fast and reliable internet connection. WIFI code is written on the board in the kitchen. Cleaning fee and tourism tax are included in the price. My place is an appropriate accommodation for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Other things to note Check in-check out Please always inform us about your approximate arrival time! You can check in every day after 1pm. Check out time is normally at 10:00am, but we try to be as flexible as we can, it always depends on the arrival of the next guest. If your train or plane leaves in the evening, you can store your belongings in the apartment next door where our cleaning lady lives. Also she can help you with anything just connect us.
