Nestled in a nice residential area of Oneonta, our townhouse is the perfect base for your baseball adventures. Close to All Star Village and Dreams Park, our location couldn't be more ideal. Rest easy knowing that our home is equipped with central AC, ensuring a comfortable and cool retreat after a day of baseball excitement. Enjoy a comfortable outdoor patio with a gas grill overlooking a shared lush lawn ready for family fun. Additionally, there is ample off-street parking to accommodate the family's needs. The first level of the house contains a stocked eat-in kitchen that seats six, a cozy living room with a 55 inch smart TV, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a twin bed. The second floor contains three bedrooms each with its own smart TV. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located near the bedrooms on the second floor. High-speed Wifi is located throughout the house along with a washer and dryer on the first floor. The house is within walking distance to downtown Oneonta and only: 3.3 miles to All-Star Village 2.0 miles to Cooperstown Baseball World 19 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park 24 miles to Cooperstown

First, I’d like to say that the host & co-host are amazing! They made booking, check-in, and our stay so seamless. They were super accommodating. Our family arrived early for our Cooperstown week and the cleaning crew made adjustments to receive us early. Location was extremely close to AllStar Village! This was a must for us seeing as games and times change depending on weather. The house is a little dated and can definitely use some TLC. However, it was spacious enough for our family and the upstairs is a very functional space. Thank you to the hosts for a great stay!
The place is quite basic, as seen in pics and very clean. The kitchen is the front room and is well appointed with everything you may need (aside from the basics, cutlery, glasses, mugs etc.) including tin foil, plastic wrap, sugar, cooking spray etc. There are every type of utensil and kitchen object you could need, so was very helpful. the only thing I mentioned to the host is perhaps adding a nightstand lamp by the bed. Very good communication and explanations on directions and entry. Only confusion was Ann St. vs. W. Ann St.
Stephen, thank you for accommodating our family and my parents in both Homes #5 and #7 during our Baseball week Aug 3-9. They were right next door to each other and we had plenty of room. Nice accommodations. Within walking distance of a great Italian restaurant. We were only minutes from All Star Village. It was definitely an experience to remember. A great family time and your location was ideal!!! Thank you for your excellent communication. Tokyo Japanese restaurant close to the house was excellent too. The homes were very private and the neighbors were very welcoming. Thank you again!! Baseball families will love the location in Oneonta!! These homes were in a perfect location.
Great location and close to downtown restaurants.
We spent a week here from June 25-July 2 for my son’s Cooperstown tournament. Great location near Main St. and less than 10 minutes from All Star Village. There’s a very good Italian restaurant right down the street - a 2 min walk literally right around the corner.
