LARGE GROUP?? — we have multiple apartments in the same building that can accommodate many guests. Like staying in the same hotel, but different rooms :) OPTIONAL fees: *PLS BOOK IN ADVANCE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT* - Surf board - $150/month - Pet Fee (extra risk, extra cleaning) - $80 flat - Luggage Storage - $10 per day (off site) - Early Check-in/Late Check-out - $20 per hour - Extra cleaning: $50 for the first hour, $25 hourly after that...depending on your needs. RULES 1 - STRICT QUIET HOURS policy: 9pm - 9am. Please respect our neighbors peaceful hours :) There is a manager on duty 24/7 and he will take action if there's any misconduct 2 - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind ANYWHERE in the apartment OR on the territory of the building including parking and pool.
